POLICIES YOU SHOULD KNOW
1. We have the right to consider other paid bookings and do not hold a reservation guarantee on your date unless we have received a signed contract and a deposit reserving your wedding date.

2. We understand how stressful it can be to plan a wedding, but most especially during these pandemic times. To ease any fears and stress, deposits will be refunded or transferred if your wedding date is affected due to reasons related to Covid-19.

3. Outstanding payment is due on the date of your event, payable in advance. Payments can be made by cash or e-transferred to hello@nicoleostonal.com. We highly recommend an advanced payment as the wedding morning can be hectic and busy.

4. A late payment interest of 5% of the outstanding total will be applied every 7 days for payments not received on the due date.

WHY DO I NEED A TRIAL
Hiring a beauty service provider for your wedding day is a very personal decision. In our experience, having the details of your beauty service ironed out - where we have taken the time to determine your look, prepared the makeup / hair schedule - ensures that we have a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere for your wedding day prep.

We’re offering Trials as a low commitment, no pressure way to experience our services for yourself. *Trials are set on pre-determined dates at an in-salon location in Toronto.

HYGIENE STANDARDS

As a working artist, it is imperative that we implement high standards for sanitation and hygiene protocols. The health of safety of our clients are a top priority and continue to be so.

Our standard practices have been supplemented with additional protocols for Covid-19. Nicole has also been triple vaccinated as of December 2021.

Examples of added protocols in response to Covid 19:

- The continuation of wearing of PPE

- Added time for services to thoroughly sanitize and

disinfect work surfaces in between clients

- Individually wrapped brush sets for each client

- Restriction of people within working environment

- Ventilation of space to allow air to continuously flow

Nicole is continually updating her knowledge for infection control and practices, in addition to her initial education at George Brown School of Makeup.

WHAT BRANDS DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR KIT?
I have curated a diverse collection of professional brands, luxury brands, and drug store brands for my kit. I hygienically test products before an item makes it into my professional kit - to ensure performance, longevity, and ensure the safety of skin + scalp health.

My tools and products are an extension of my artistry and I am very discerning when it comes to the products I use in my working professional makeup and hair kit. Below are a select few of the brands I carry.

WHAT IS AIRBRUSH?
Airbrushing is a technique that sprays makeup onto the skin using controlled air pressure and flow. An airbrush gun is connected to an air compressor designed for cosmetic purposes.

Airbrushing feels like a soft mist sprayed onto your skin. The techniques I use when airbrushing create a weightless, flawless, light to medium coverage that is hard to discern from actual skin and makeup. I pride myself in creating natural, light feeling, radiant looks for my clients that enhance and elevate their features.
